12-year-old boy drowns in Lima pond
September 8, 2010BLADE STAFF LIMA, Ohio — A 12-year-old boy drowned in a pond while attending a midget football team party in Allen County's American Township, county sheriff's deputies said. The boy was identified as Christopher Warthem, who was pronounced dead at 3:40 p.m. Saturday at St. Rita's Medical Center. Deputies did not report where he lived.
